Mutton Chops

Method
  1. Boil mutton in the cooker for 7 minutes adding little water, salt, turmeric, little pepper powder, and a small piece of cut onion.
  2. Open cooker and cook the mutton chops.
  3. Grind 1onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, pepper, jeera in the mixer, add salt and lemon juice.
  4. Apply the masala to the mutton chops keep this in the refrigerator for 1/2hour.
  5. Then in 3 plates place plain flour, egg batter, and bread crumbs.
  6. Take a mutton chop at a time dip the plain flour, then egg batter, and finally bread crumbs.
  7. Pour oil and fry in a frying pan.

1 kg - mutton chops
2 cup - bread crumbs
1 bunch - fresh green coriander leaves
4 - green chillies
4 pod - garlic
1/4 piece - ginger
1/4 tsp - jeera
1/4 tsp - peppercorn
salt to taste
lemon juice
oil for frying
turmeric powder
1 - large onion
2 - eggs
1 cup - plain flour
