Method
- Boil mutton in the cooker for 7 minutes adding little water, salt, turmeric, little pepper powder, and a small piece of cut onion.
- Open cooker and cook the mutton chops.
- Grind 1onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, pepper, jeera in the mixer, add salt and lemon juice.
- Apply the masala to the mutton chops keep this in the refrigerator for 1/2hour.
- Then in 3 plates place plain flour, egg batter, and bread crumbs.
- Take a mutton chop at a time dip the plain flour, then egg batter, and finally bread crumbs.
- Pour oil and fry in a frying pan.
