Mutton Dry Gravy

Method
  1. In a cooker, add cleaned mutton with turmeric powder, spices, salt and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Pour enough water to it and cook it well (two whistle).
  3. Heat the pan add oil and put some cumin then add curry leaves to it.
  4. Add the mutton which is cooked and let it boil for sometime.
  5. Meanwhile grind coconut, curry leaves, splitted gram, coriander, pepper and red chillies.
  6. Don't add water while grinding the mixture.
  7. When the mutton gets dry add the mixture which is grinded.
  8. Mix well and allow it to roast for sometime .
  9. Then serve this hot with rasam rice or chappathi.
Ingredients:
1/4 kg - mutton
6 to 7 - red chillies
2 tsp - grated coconut
2 tsp - cumin
2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
2 tsp - corriander
1 tsp - pepper corns
1 1/2 tsp - splitted gram
turmeric powder
curry leaves
spices
salt
oil
