To oil taken in a thick bottomed vessel, add sliced onions. Fry until golden brown.
Add the pepper-cumin powder. Stir till the oil separates.
Add the liver pieces, salt and 1/4 cup of water.
Stir. Keep in medium flame until cooked and water evaporates.
Liver (goat) - 1/2 kg (cut into medium sizes)
Onions - 2 medium sized
Pepper, Cumin - 1:2 (powdered)
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2/3 tbsp
