Ingredients: 1/2 kg - mutton chops (cleaned, washed and drained thoroughly)
1 tsp - red chilli powder (or as per taste)
� tsp - asefotida powder
� tsp - turmeric powder
� tsp - garam masala powder
� cup - thick curds (beaten)
3 tbsp - oil
1 cup - water
1 - egg (beaten)
50 g - bread crumbs
salt to taste
oil for shallow frying
To be Ground into a Paste:
11/2� - ginger
5 to 6 cloves - garlic
3 - green chillies (chopped)
a handful - coriander leaves ( washed and chopped)
