Method
  1. In a pan, combine together all ingredients except cornmeal, fish and oil.
  2. Spread cornmeal on a waxed paper.
  3. Coat both sides of fish with corneal, then dip with batter and fry the fish (in batches) in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
Ingredients:
900 g - fish fillets
3/4th cup - yellow cornmeal (polents)
1/4 tsp - cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp - oregano
1/2 cup - oil

For Batter:
1/2 cup - plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup - milk
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder or paprika
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 tbsp - sugar
1 - egg
