Method
Mix cornflour with 2 tbsps. water.
Beat eggs nicely with cream, add cornstarch and beat again nicely.
Heat 4 tbsps. oil and fry ginger and onions till transparent.
Add crabmeat and salt and fry for 5 mins, put in the stock and cook till the meat is done.
Add egg mixture gradually stirring all the time.
Simmer over a very slow fire for 1 minute and serve hot.

1" piece - ginger, sliced
