Method
- Crush the prawns and chilli powder.
- Mix all the other ingredients.
- Make it as a dough as if you do for chappathi's.
- Make the mould round and deep fry in the oil (put the dough when the oil is really hot).
- Once the vada turns brown take it out and use it.
Ingredients:
king prawns - 10
small onions crushed - 100 gm
ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
chilli powder - 1teaspoon
coriander leaves - few
oil to deep fry
salt to taste
