Method
  1. Wash and clean crabs well (take off the cover shell) separate the claws from the body and boil for about 15 mins.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients and put in the blender to form a paste, add yogurt and blend again.
  3. Leave the masala standing for a few minutes.
  4. Drain the crabs and apply this masala and keep for about 10 mins.
  5. Beat the eggs and dip the crabs.
  6. Deep fry in oil on a medium flame for about ten mins turning once.
  7. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 kg - big sized crabs
1 cup - full cream yogurt (curd)
2 - eggs
6 - big cloves garlic
5 inch piece - ginger
1 - medium onion
11/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
� tsp - jeera powder
� tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - garam masala
5 to 6 - kokum
oil for frying
salt to taste
