Crispy Prawn Fry

Method

  1. Shell the prawns and de-vein them.

  2. Marinate the prawns with red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.

  3. Make a thin batter of gram flour, add the prawns to it.

  4. Heat oil in a kadai, drop a spoonful of batter and fry them slowly till it turns golden brown.

  5. Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.

Note: You can also use it as a side dish.

Ingredients:
250 gms medium Prawns
1/2 cup Gram Flour
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
