Shell the prawns and de-vein them.
Marinate the prawns with red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
Make a thin batter of gram flour, add the prawns to it.
Heat oil in a kadai, drop a spoonful of batter and fry them slowly till it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
Note: You can also use it as a side dish.
