Phillipines Prawns in Coconut Cream

Method
  1. Saute ginger and onion in oil.
  2. Dissolve the coconut powder in water to make coconut milk.
  3. Add coconut milk into the pan.
  4. When it starts to simmer, add the prawns.
  5. Cook until prawns get firm and change colour, but are �al-dente�.
  6. Add bell pepper, continue to simmer for 2 mins. Adjust seasoning.
Ingredients:
800 gms - peeled prawns
100 gms - onions
100 gms - ginger
100 gms - bell pepper red
100 gms - bell pepper green
300 gms - coconut powder
1 tsp - fish sauce
1 tsp - ground black pepper
1 cup - prawn stock
2 tbsp - peanut oil
� cup - water
