Squeeze water in the cabbage.
Add all the ingredients for the manchuria.
Mix all together to form a dough. Make balls and deep fry in the oil. Set aside.
In the other pan add 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped garlic, curry leaves, chillies and fry.
Add soyasauce and season with salt and pepper. Now add the fried manchuria and beaten yogurt. Saute for 5 min.
Serve hot with chopped green onions and cilantro on top.
For Curry:
1 tbsp Oil
2 tsp chopped Garlic
2 tsp chopped Green Chillies
2 tsp chopped Curryleaves
1/4 chopped Green Onions
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
Salt and Pepper
