Prawn Manchurian Curry

Method

  1. Squeeze water in the cabbage.

  2. Add all the ingredients for the manchuria.

  3. Mix all together to form a dough. Make balls and deep fry in the oil. Set aside.

  4. In the other pan add 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped garlic, curry leaves, chillies and fry.

  5. Add soyasauce and season with salt and pepper. Now add the fried manchuria and beaten yogurt. Saute for 5 min.

  6. Serve hot with chopped green onions and cilantro on top.

Ingredients:
1 cup minced Prawns
1 cup shredded Cabbage
1/2 cup grated Carrots
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
3 tbsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1/4 cup Maida or all purpose flour
1/2 cup Green Onions(chopped)
1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
1 tsp hot Green Chilli Paste
1/2 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

For Curry:

1 tbsp Oil
2 tsp chopped Garlic
2 tsp chopped Green Chillies
2 tsp chopped Curryleaves
1/4 chopped Green Onions
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
Salt and Pepper
