Dissolve yeast & sugar in little warm water and keep it aside.
In a bowl, mix maida & salt.
When the yeast mixture comes up, pour this to maida and knead.
Use little warm water also.
Add 1 tbsp. of oil to this and make a soft dough.
Cover this bowl with a wet cloth and keep it for sometime.
When the dough comes up, press the dough and keep it as before.
