Prawn and Green Mango Curry

Method
  1. Boil prawns and green mangoes with � cup of water and salt till prawns are cooked.
  2. Grind all the ingredients from red chilies to coconut to a smooth paste.
  3. Heat the oil. Add curry leaves. Add ground pate and fry till the raw smell is lost.
  4. Add enough water to form a creamy gravy. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add prawns and mango and simmer for 3 more minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
Ingredients:
Cleaned jumbo prawns - 25
Green mango pieces - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Red chilies - 8-10
Black pepper corns - � tsp
Garlic - 6 flakes
Onion - � cup, chopped
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - � tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - � tsp
Grated coconut - 2 cup
Oil - 3 tbsp
Curry leaves - few
