Method
  1. Clean the Prawns and cook it by adding salt and turmeric by sprinkling little water on it.
  2. Once it is cooked please keep it aside.
  3. In a thick kadai or non stick pan put little oil and put diced onions, ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
  4. Fry until the onion turns little brown colour.
  5. Add garam masala and pepper powder and stir it.
  6. Add Capsicum, cooked prawns and soya sauce and stir alltogether and keep it in a low flame until it
  7. becomes dry.
  8. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
Ingredients:
Prawns - 1/2 kg
Onion Diced - 2
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Green Chillies Slit - 4
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Capsicum Diced - 1
Soya Sauce - 4 tsp
Turmeric-1 tsp
Coriander leaves - optional
Salt
Oil
