Simple Prawn Fry

Method

  1. Heat oil, fry onion and capsicum together until the onion turns brownish.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, saute it properly.
  3. Put chilli, turmeric and coriander powder, mix it well.
  4. Now add prawns and salt. Stir and cook.
  5. Meanwhile add tomato sauce/puree, add vinegar, stir well & cook until the prawns are fried properly.

Ingredients:

Prawns 250 gm
Chilli Powder 3/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
1 big Onion finely chopped
1 inch Ginger finely chopped
Garlic finely chopped
3 - 4 Cloves
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato Sauce/ Tomato Puree 1 tablespoon
Capsicum cut into small square pieces
4 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Oil- enough for cooking
Salt-to taste
