Method
- Combine the crabmeat and lemon juice. Leave for 1 hour.
- Beat the above mixture till smooth. Then add the cream cheese.
- Add the cream, mayonnaise, minced onion, garlic, minced, chopped spring onions, red pepper sauce, worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
To Serve: Use as a dip with toast squares or potato wafers, alternatively spread on toast and grill.
