Method
  1. Put 1/2 tbsp filling at the center of wrapper.
  2. Press the edges of wrapper, so the filling is enclosed and a small packet type is formed.
  3. Heat oil. Deep fry the wontons till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with soy sauce.
Ingredients:
1 packet - wonton wrapper

For the Filling:
1 tbsp - freshly grated ginger
1/4 cup - finely chopped spring onion
1/4 tsp - white pepper powder
1/4 cup -chopped celery
1 - egg
2 cup - finely minced shrimps
1 cup - minced, cooked crabmeat
1 tbsp - soy sauce
oil for deep frying
salt as per taste
