First saute cinnamon, cardamoms & cloves in oil
Then add chopped onions & garlic.
Saute till onions are light brown in color, then add ginger garlic paste and saute.
Then add the shrimp, tomato, salt, turmeric (just a pinch), chilli powder (1 tbsp) and garam masala powder (1 tbsp)
Saute for few minutes, till tomatoes are fried a bit.
Then add water and let it cook for 5 min and then add coconut milk
Let it cook till the shrimp is tender.
Add little bit of coriander in the final stages of cooking and then serve hot with rice.
It tastes Yummm and very easy to make, best and easy with cooked shrimp. So let me know what you think :)

1 big Onion
2 to 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup crushed tomato
1/4 to 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
25 to 30 count Shrimp
Chopped coriander
Salt, chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala powder according to taste
