Method
  1. Mix well all the ingredients of dressings

  2. Keep aside
  3. In a salad bowl mix all the other ingredients except celery

  4. Pour the dressing over it
  5. Toss it well
  6. Garnish with celery before serving

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked shrimp meat
2 cups moong (green gram) sprouts
1 cup boiled noodles
1 onion, chopped finely
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
1/4 cup chopped celery

For Dressing:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp salad oil
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt as per taste
1/8 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp minced ginger
