  6. Add garlic paste and salt in required amount in it.
  7. Add the fish to the vegetables and mix well with the help of spatula.
  8. Make an even mix and cook till the vegetables and fish get mixed to become a tasty filling.
  9. Keep aside the entire content.
  10. Prepare a dough with white flour, oil, salt, yeast and water and keep aside for 30 mins.
  11. The yeast content will help to oxygenate and the resultant dough will be fluffy, soft.
  12. Now you can make balls out of the dough.
  13. 30 balls of even size can be made from this dough.
  14. The more you press the dough with your hands the more even will it become.
  15. The dough should be rolled to make a flat chapati with a chapati roller.
  16. The diameter of the chapati should not be more than 3 inches in size.
  17. With the help of a spoon take at least one scoop of the mashed fish and place ob chapati, evenly in a line.
  18. Fold from both the ends, it takes the shape of a cylinder and terminal ends should be closed and folded backwards.
  19. The folding will prevent the stuffing from coming out while frying.
  20. Place the roll on a frying pan and toast on dry heat (without oil) for 2 mins on both sides.
  21. This will make the roll crunchier.
