Method- Wash and dress the prawns.
- Grind the coconut.
- Mix the coconut and dressed prawn well until a paste is prepared
- Make a paste of mustard seed and chillies.
- Now mix the prawn paste to the second one with mustard oil and salt as per taste.
- Make a half inch thick plate of the mix and place it on a bannana leaf.
- Now cover it with another banana leaf.
- Place this on a frying pan and cook over a medium flame.
- Make sure both sides are cooked well.
- Cut the cake into diamond-shaped pieces.
- Serve hot with rice.

8 - green chillies
