Cocoprawn cake

Method
  1. Wash and dress the prawns.
  2. Grind the coconut.
  3. Mix the coconut and dressed prawn well until a paste is prepared
  4. Make a paste of mustard seed and chillies.
  5. Now mix the prawn paste to the second one with mustard oil and salt as per taste.
  6. Make a half inch thick plate of the mix and place it on a bannana leaf.
  7. Now cover it with another banana leaf.
  8. Place this on a frying pan and cook over a medium flame.
  9. Make sure both sides are cooked well.
  10. Cut the cake into diamond-shaped pieces.
  11. Serve hot with rice.
Ingredients:
250 gms - medium prawn
Coconut, half
2 tbsp - mustard seeds
8 - green chillies
2 tbsp - mustard oil
Salt
