Method
- Cut mutton in small peices
- Thoroughly wash mutton peices and allow it to dry
- Take a kadhai, add ghee and heat it on medium flame
- Put red chillis and saute for a few seconds
- Add mutton pieces and salt
- Simmer and cover vessel with a lid until mutton is cooked
- Serve it dry with dinner bread
Ingredients:
1 kg - mutton
10-15 - dried whole red chillis
150-200 gms - desi ghee
Salt to taste
