Method
  1. Cut mutton in small peices
  2. Thoroughly wash mutton peices and allow it to dry
  3. Take a kadhai, add ghee and heat it on medium flame
  4. Put red chillis and saute for a few seconds
  5. Add mutton pieces and salt
  6. Simmer and cover vessel with a lid until mutton is cooked
  7. Serve it dry with dinner bread
Ingredients:
1 kg - mutton
10-15 - dried whole red chillis
150-200 gms - desi ghee
Salt to taste
