Method
Soak cashew nuts and grind it to a fine paste.
Chop ginger in to fine grass, chop onion.
Heat wok, add cooking butter to melt, add chopped ginger, cardamom, onion
Cook till transparent, add curry leaves and chicken
Add half the salt, pepper powder and cook for a while
Add kaju paste and coconut milk
Add some water if the curry is too thick
Cook on a low flame till the chicken is done
Add the rest of the salt and serve hot with chappatis, steamed rice, hoppers or appam.

1 kg - De-skinned chicken chunks
