Salmon fruit curry

  1. Make fruit pulp paste with kiwi fruits and oranges and crush the green chillies.
  2. Mix curd, fruit pulp paste, crushed green chillies, finely chopped coriander stems and salt together.
  3. Put the fish fillet into it, mix well and keep it for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Grease a pan with olive oil and heat it well, then put fish with marinade into the pan.
  5. Stir fry/saute for 5-10 mnts until the fish is cooked.
  6. In the meantime, heat another greased pan and saute all the green vegetables with proper seasoning and keep aside.
  7. When the fish is ready, serve hot with sauteed vegetable assortment.
  8. The dish will go best with brown rice steamed/flavoured and loads of salad.
8 medium pieces - salmon fish fillet
Green vegetables as per choice, like beans, cabbage, spinach, peas, spring onion etc.
Olive oil, as less as can be used
1 tsp - dark brown sugar

For the marinade:
2 - kiwi fruit
2 - orange (winter)/sweet lime
4-5 - green chillies
coriander stems, a small bunch (don`t add the leaves)
1 tbsp - hung curd
Salt to taste
