Badami chicken tikka

Method
  1. Clean the chicken; keep aside.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Now mix chicken in the mixture.
  4. Keep aside for 5 minutes & then skewer and cook in a tandoor.
  5. Serve with curd dip made by adding chopped coriander, green chili, black salt, chopped onion and chaat masala.
Ingredients:
200 gm - chicken boneless
20 gm - pineapple paste
1 gm - red chilli paste
5 ml - oil
30 gm - almond paste
1 gm - cinnamon powder
2 gm - garam masala
15 gm - corn flour
Salt to taste
15 gm - cream
