Method
  1. Wash, pat dry drumsticks.
  2. Make 2 light incisions on each drum.
  3. Marinate in first marinade for 30 minutes.
  4. Marinate in second marinade for 1/2 to 1 hour.
  5. Grease microwave safe bowl.
  6. Arrange drumsticks on it.
  7. Cook in a micro oven in combo for 15 minutes.
  8. Turn; cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
6 Chicken Drum Sticks 1st. Marinade:- 2 tbsf Lemon Juice, 1 tbsf White Oil, 1/2 tsp. Each of Salt, Red Chilly powder. 2nd. Marinade:- 1/2 cup Curd(Hung), 2 tbsf Each of White oil,Ginger paste , Garlic paste,10-12 Almonds(powdered) , 1/4 cup Amul cream , 1 tbsf Corn flour , 3/4 tsp Salt (or to taste) , 2 tsp Kasuri Methi , 2 tbsf Coriander leaves.
