Quick and easy cutlet

Method
  1. Remove the hard sides of the bread and soak them in water and squeeze out the water, mash them such that it forms a soft mash.
  2. Ensure that there is no excess water, bread is used here as a binding agent apart from egg.
  3. In a bowl add minced mutton, eggs, mashed bread, vinegar, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, cornflour and salt.
  4. Mix all the ingredients such that they can be shaped into a kebab/cutlets
  5. Dip in breadcrumbs and deep fry ,
  6. Garnish with onions and coriander leaves
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

500g minced mutton (kheema)
1-2 eggs
1-2 tsp cornflour
1tbsp tomato sauce
Black pepper powder
Salt
Breadcrumbs
2-3 bread slices
vinegar
oil
