Method
- Remove the hard sides of the bread and soak them in water and squeeze out the water, mash them such that it forms a soft mash.
- Ensure that there is no excess water, bread is used here as a binding agent apart from egg.
- In a bowl add minced mutton, eggs, mashed bread, vinegar, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, cornflour and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients such that they can be shaped into a kebab/cutlets
- Dip in breadcrumbs and deep fry ,
- Garnish with onions and coriander leaves
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.

1-2 eggs
1-2 tsp cornflour
1tbsp tomato sauce
Black pepper powder

Breadcrumbs
2-3 bread slices
