Method
  1. Debone and mince chicken.
  2. Chop onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic and ginger fine, and mix with chicken.
  3. Bind with egg. Add black salt and salt.
  4. Put mixture on skewer with wet hands. Baste with oil and cook on charcoal for 10 mins. Turning regularly to ensure even cooking.
  5. Remove from fire. Baste again with oil and cook again for 10 mins.
  6. Remove from skewer and serve hot with onion salad.
Ingredients:
500 gms. chicken
100 gms. onions
3 gms fennel seeds
20 gms. Green chillies
50 gms. Coriander leaves
2 eggs
15 gms. Ginger
10 gms. Garlic
2 gms. Cinnamon
2 gms. Cardamom
2 gms. Cloves
2 gms. Cumin
Salt to taste
2 gms. Black salt
