Method
  1. In a wide bowl, peel and mash the potato.
  2. Wash and drain tuna and add it to the bowl.
  3. Add all the above ingredients and mix well.
  4. Shape them into ovals and shallow fry in very little oil (2-3 tbsp).
  5. Serve hot woth tomato sauce or green chutney.
Ingredients:
1 tin light meat tuna
1 medium sized potato (boiled)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
