Minced meat balls

Method
  1. Make a smooth batter of besan, turmeric and a pinch of salt.
  2. Fry some pakoras of this batter.
  3. Leave some batter for later use.
  4. Once the pakoras cool down, crush them coarsely (not too fine) in a mixer and keep aside.
  5. In a wok, heat oil and add some saunf.
  6. Once it splutters add kheema /minced meat, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder and salt.
  7. Cook until done and add lemon juice.
  8. Let the mixture cool and once done make round balls of it.
  9. Dip these balls in the left over pakora batter and deep fry.
  10. Serve with mint sauce or tamarind chutney or ketchup.
Ingredients:
500 g - gramflour/besan
300 g - minced meat
ginger garlic paste as per taste
1 tsp - red chilly powder
1 sprig - coriander leaves
2 - green chillies chopped
2 to 3 tbsp - lemon juice
turmeric, a pinch
1/2 tsp - saunf
salt
