Coconut Cakes

Method
  1. Sift flour and baking powder.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar and add the beaten egg.
  3. To the sieved ingredients, add dessicated coconut and fold into the creamed mixture.
  4. Use a little milk if necessary.
  5. Fill in paper cups and bake at 200ÂșC for 15-20 mins.

90 g - flour
55 g - sugar
50 g - butter
25 g - dessicated coconut
1/2 tsp - baking powder
1 - egg
milk
