Method

  1. Preheat over to 350 F.

  2. Sift flour, baking powder & salt together.

  3. Melt the butter.

  4. Add unsweetened chocolate to melted butter, stir in sugar vanilla & eggs.

  5. Add flour mix & chocolate chips.

  6. Blend well.

  7. Bake for 20-25 mins & cool.

  8. Cut into christmas shapes with cookie cutters.

  9. And decorate with coloured frosting(optional).

100 gms unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
