Mango with fresh cream

Method
  1. Gently beat the fresh cream on ice till thick.
  2. Beat the eggwhites gradually adding the sugar until stiff.
  3. Add the beaten cream and mix gently. Refrigerate the cream.

To Serve:
Serve the mango pieces in individual bowls topped with fresh cream.

Ingredients:
4 - alphonso mangoes (peeled and cut into small cubes)
250 g - fresh cream
8 to 10 tbsp - icing sugar (or as per taste)
2 - egg whites
