Method
Cut the chicken into pieces and boil with a some salt.
Slice the onions, fry till brown and grind to a powder.
Heat ghee, fry masala well, then add stock, browned onions, curds, saffron, garam masala.
Simmer for 10 mins, then add chicken, salt and almond paste.
Simmer again for 10 mts.

1 cup beaten curds
30 boiled, peeled and ground almonds
