Method
- Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
- Cream the butter and blend in sugar.
- Add eggs and beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in vanilla.
- Stir dry ingredients into a creamed mixture.
- Drop small rounds on a cookie sheet dusted with flour.
- Bake in a moderately hot oven for 8 minutes or until delicately browned.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup - maida
1 tsp - baking powder
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 cup - butter
1 cup - sugar
2 - eggs beaten
1 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
