Amazing Corn Cake

Method
  1. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn and sugars.
  3. Beat in eggs and oil till well blended.
  4. Mix flour mixture into batter.
  5. Stir in raisins and nuts.
  6. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or till cake tests done. Cool.
Ingredients:
1 can - cream style corn
2 1/4 cups - all purpose flour
1/2 cup - brown sugar
3/4 cup - white sugar
3 - eggs
1 cup - vegetable oil
1 tbsp - baking powder
1/2 cup - raisins
1/2 cup - chopped walnuts
1 tsp - ground cinnamon
1 tsp - baking soda
1 tsp - salt
