Beat butter till white add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and beat until very light.
Fold in the dried ingredients, adding the juice and rinds.
Pour mixture into a greased baking tin. Preheat oven 350 F and bake for

10 oz Self Raising Flour
1 level tbsp Cornflour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Orange (extract juice)
1 tsp Orange Rinds
