Method
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Cream the butter and sugar and add the beaten egg.
- To the sieved ingredients, add dessicated coconut and fold into the creamed mixture.
- Use a little milk if necessary.
- Fill in paper cups and bake at 200ÂșC for 15-20 mins.
