Method
- Melt margarine using double boiling method.
- Add chopped dates, lightly beaten eggs, honey and milk.
- Sift flours and return husks to the bowl.
- Add sugar and chopped dates. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into greased cake tin.
- Bake in a moderately slow oven 180�C for about � an hour.
- Allow to cool 8 minutes before turning out onto wire rack.

120 g - polyunsaturated margarine

� cup - skim milk
1 - egg
4 tbsp - honey
