Method
- Boil milk cocoa butter & pour over breadcrumbs & sugar.
- Stand for 10 minutes, add beaten yolks.
- Grease a dish. Bake in moderate oven till set.
- Whip whites stiffly with 2tbsp sugar.
- Spread on top & brown in slow oven

70 g - sugar
20 g - butter
10 g - cocoa
2 - eggs
