Method
- Use a little milk to make cocoa into a paste.
- Add cocoa mixture to the boiled milk.
- Make a paste with the cornflour and pour into a pudding dish.
- Pour hot cocoa mixture and stir until it thickens.
- Separate egg yolk and beat yolk with sugar.
- Add to the thickened mixture, blending well.
- Whip the egg white until stuff and gently fold into the mixture.
- Bake at 180 deg C for 30 mins. or until done.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups - milk
1 - egg
2 tbsp - sugar
2 tbsp - cornflour
1 tbsp - cocoa
