Chocolate Pudding

Method
  1. Use a little milk to make cocoa into a paste.
  2. Add cocoa mixture to the boiled milk.
  3. Make a paste with the cornflour and pour into a pudding dish.
  4. Pour hot cocoa mixture and stir until it thickens.
  5. Separate egg yolk and beat yolk with sugar.
  6. Add to the thickened mixture, blending well.
  7. Whip the egg white until stuff and gently fold into the mixture.
  8. Bake at 180 deg C for 30 mins. or until done.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups - milk
1 - egg
2 tbsp - sugar
2 tbsp - cornflour
1 tbsp - cocoa
