Method-
Whip the eggs until stiff peaks form. Fold in the ground nuts, sugar and drinking chocolate.

Spoon in small heaps in baking sheets lined with greased brown paper.

Put a blanched almond on each and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 mins.

100 gms. either ground almonds or cashewnuts
100 gms. castor sugar
3 tbsps. drinking chocolate
