Method
  1. Mix salt with egg then add enough flour to prepare a stiff dough.
  2. Roll out the dough as thinly as you can on a floured board.
  3. Set aside to dry slightly cut into thin strips or roll into a tight roll and cut into paperthin strips.
  4. Dry in the sun and store in airtight container.
