Method
  1. Heat oil add spinach & cook for 10/12 mts or until tender.
  2. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Arrange spinach in 4 ramekin bowls.
  4. Break an egg over each sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese over top.
  5. Bake in moderate oven till egg sets.

4 - eggs
3 tbsp - oil
2 bunch - spinach
4 tbsp - grated cheese
salt & pepper to taste
