Method
  1. First apply salt and turmeric to the cleaned fish fillets.
  2. Keep it for 1/2 hour, meanwhile make preparation for the masala.
  3. Mix together all the ingredients in lemon juice (except oil & rice flour).
  4. Apply this masala to the fish and let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Heat a fry pan and add 1 tbsp oil and let it heat.
  6. Then roll each fish fillet in the rice flour.
  7. Shallow fry till light brown on medium flame.
  8. Remove when fried on both sides.
  9. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
pomfret fillets - 1kg
coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup
lemon juice - 1 no
ginger paste - 1 tsp
garlic paste - 1 tsp
red chilly powder - 1 tsp
turmeric - 1/2 tsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
ajwain powder - 1 tsp
saunf powder - 1 tsp
red colour (optional) - 1/4 tsp
rice flour - 2 tbsp
salt to taste
oil to fry
