Beef Strogonoff

Method
  1. In a pressure cooker, brown meat.
  2. Add flour and mix well.
  3. Stir in onion, garlic powder, mushrooms, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Close the lid and bring to high pressure. Cook 20 minutes.
  5. Release the pressure and remove the lid.
  6. Stir in sour cream and blend well.
  7. Serve over hot egg noodles.
Ingredients:
2 lbs - beef stew meat or round steak, cut into 1" cubes
1 cup - beef broth
1 cup - sour cream
1 package - egg noodles, cooked
2 tbsp - flour
1 - large onion, chopped
1 tsp - garlic
1/4 lb - fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp - tomato paste
1 tbsp - worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp - oil
pepper to taste
salt to taste
