Method
- Heat oil and saute the onions
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
- When the colour of onion changes to golden brown, reduce the flame and add all the powders and the marinated beef.
- Cook till done by adding enough water and salt.
- Splutter some mustard seeds and curry leaves in 1 tbsp oil and mix in.
- Garnish with fried onion and serve.
