Method
- Place meat, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce in a covered 2-litre casserole dish.
- Cook on MEDIUM for 6 to 8 mins.
- Blend flour with tomato paste and sour cream, add to meat and mushrooms and heat uncovered on MEDIUM for 3 to 4 mins.
- Stir and serve with chopped shallots.
Tip: Keep the strips uniform in size and shape, so that they will cook evenly.
