Teriyaki Beef

Method
  1. Fry the fillet of beef in a heavy frying pan until cooked to medium.
  2. Set aside and slice the beef into pieces.
  3. Place the above ingredients in a small pot and cook over high heat until sticky.
  4. Combine the beef fillet with the broccoli and teriyaki sauce.
  5. Garnish with tempura shrimp.
  6. Combine the above ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  7. To make the tempura shrimps, coat with the batter and deep fry.
  8. Set aside.
Ingredients:
180 gms - beef fillet
1 - prawn, raw and peeled
20 gms - broccoli, small florets steamed
100 ml - soya sauce
10 gms - sesame seeds
40 gms - sugar

For Teriyaki sauce:
100 ml - soya sauce
40 gms - sugar
10 gms - sesame seeds

For Tempura batter:
1/2 cup - wheat flour
1/2 cup - water
1 - egg yolk
