Make 3 -4 cuts on the each drumstick with a sharp edged knife ,do not completely cut through,just deep enough to fill the prepared sauce into the cuts.
To prepare the sauce mix all the ingredients well except drumsticks.
Fill the sauce in the cuts with help of hands or spoon, cover the drumsticks little bit with sauce and place on the baking dish one by one .
Bake them for 12 mins,turn over and bake for another 10 mins.Finally broil for 3-5 mins.
The chicken drumsticks are ready to eat.Can serve as a side dish with any of the main dishes you want.
a) Chicken drumsticks (as per requirement)
b) 2 teaspoon Black bean sauce
c) 1 teaspoon Cooking wine (any brand)
d) 1 inch ginger and 3-4 cloves garlic finely chopped
e) Coriander leaves finely chopped
f) 1 teaspoon soya sauce
g) A pinch of red chilli powder
